Our CSR initiative, Dr Reddy's Foundation for Health Education (DRFHE), improves patient care throughout the healthcare sector with cutting-edge programs like soft skills development, preventative awareness, and activation services.

DRFHE has been at the forefront of organising soft skills and behavioural training programs for healthcare stakeholders from the past decades. These customized programs nationwide aim to enhance patient care. The foundation has impacted over 350,000 healthcare professionals, including Senior Consultants (56,087+), Postgraduate Doctor Students (14,439+), Front Office Staff (8,119+), Nurses (208,889+), and Pharmacists (24,586+). Research underscores the importance of soft skills alongside medical expertise in fields of medicine. Improved soft skills contribute to enhanced team morale, collaboration, productivity, patient experience, reduced litigation, and better outcomes. Currently, DRFHE offers programs in Soft skills trainings, Quality and Safety (NABH accreditation support), and Medico-legal Awareness, all free of charge for hospital staff and doctors.
